How do I schedule a pick up?
The easiest way to schedule a pick up is with our Mobile App or through your online account
What if I live in a condo?
We would be happy to assist you. Please contact customercare@fletchersfabricare.ca
What if I am not home?
No problem at all. Our drivers are on the road from 8am to 8pm and will leave your order at your door.
What days do you deliver?
Depending on your service area, our service days are Monday/Thursday and Tuesday/Friday with no service on Wednesday or the weekends (or stat. holidays).
Is there a minimum amount for pick up and what do you charge?
Our pick up and drop off service is extremely convenient as there is no minimum order requirement. Our pick up and drop off service is FREE.
What if I have alterations?
If you require a fitting please come to our store and our team will then deliver to your door. If it’s a repair that doesn’t require a fitting please add a note to your order pick up request (online account).
What if I only need a pick up once a month?
Not a problem. Our FREE pick up and drop off service does not require any minimums. Whether you use it once a week or once a month, we can accommodate your needs.
Can you deliver at a specific time?
Unfortunately, we cannot. To better serve our clients we have a software that optimizes our delivery and drop off route everyday. Our service window is between 8am and 8pm.
Can I include bedding in my order?
Absolutely! We can wash and hand press your bed sheets.
How fast do I get my order back?
Your order will be returned to you on your next service day. Sometimes we do require a little longer to work on a garment, which we will notify you about. If you need your item back in a rush please let our staff know.
Can my pick up and drop off locations be different?
Some clients have their pick up done at their front door, but prefer to have their order delivered around the back of the house or at the side. We are happy to accommodate your specific request.
What is your on-demand pick up and drop off service?
The on demand service means that we will only come by your house and/or office to pick up your garments when you schedule a specific pickup.
Which areas do you provide service to?
We provide free pick up and drop off service (no minimum required) to the greater Vancouver area and Burnaby. If you are outside of our service area and interested in our free pickup and drop off service, please contact us directly.
